Where it came from?
Sweet Lassi is a yogurt drink from North India and a traditional drink of Punjab.In Punjab where more than 85 percent of the population depends on the agriculture,They drink lassi as a part of their breakfast so that they can protect themselves from dehydration while working in the fields in extreme heat.
Who can drink it?
Lassi (yogurt ) is good for all age groups we can drink it in a normal diet as it cleanse our body and stabilize appetite.
How to serve it?
Once your lassi is ready and chilled, Serve it within 10 minutes to enjoy its buttery foam and freshness. Some tips and veritions: Sweet lassi goes well with all green vegetables dishes like Palak Paneer and all kind of saag dishes.We can say it works as a fire extinguisher with spicy Indian food and can have it with any Indian curry ! You can make it salty as well by replacing cardamon powder with roasted cumin powder and use salt instead of sugar for taste.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl
